You top up a rial wallet with an Iranian bank card. The plan fee and usage are taken from it. No card is stored and nothing is charged automatically.
We warn you by email and SMS first. If the balance goes below zero you have 72 hours; after that your sites and functions pause until the next top-up. No data is deleted, and a top-up brings everything back at once.
Yes. It never runs up a bill: when a meter's free amount is used up, it pauses until the first of the next Jalali month. Hobby is for personal, non-commercial projects.
No. The credit renews every Jalali month.
Every team member with the owner, admin or developer role. Viewers and billing members are free. Each seat brings as much usage credit as it costs. Add someone mid-month and only the days left in the month come out of the wallet, with as much credit added. Removing someone or lowering their role gives no refund that month and counts from the next.
Yes. For every Jalali month with charges you get a numbered invoice with VAT and your tax details, in the shape the Moadian system takes.
Because you pay in rials and your invoice is in rials. The API returns everything in rials and the dashboard shows tomans.
